Deluxe cabins (shown above) are located near the lake. Each cabin comes with one bedroom with a double bed and a set of bunk beds, a living area with futon, kitchenette (with microwave, two-burner stove, and 5 cu. ft. refrigerator), bath with shower, loft, cable TV, porch, picnic table, charcoal grill, stone fireplace, and ceiling fan. The deluxe cabin is equipped with cooking utensils, dishes, and pillows. You need only to bring your linens and toiletries.

Rustic cabins (shown above) are located on a wooded, waterview site. The cabins sleep four. They have a double bed, bunk beds, small refrigerator, microwave, bureau, and cable TV hookup. Each cabin includes picnic table, charcoal grill, and stone fireplace.

Our cottage (shown above) sleeps six. It comes with two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with a set of bunk beds), a living area with a sleep sofa, kitchen and dining area with stove and refrigerator, bath with shower, cable TV, porch, picnic table, charcoal grill, and stone fireplace. The cottage is equipped with cooking utensils, dishes, and pillows. You need only to bring your linens and toiletries.

All rates are based on 2 adults and up to 3 children under the age of 18.
Children under the age of 3 are free. Each additional child is $8.00 per night.
Each additional adult is $12.00 per night. Maximum of 4 adults per cabin per night.

The following terms apply to all cabins:

** Weekly is from Saturday - Saturday except the cottage which is rented Sunday - Sunday.
Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed in cabins.

Cabin rates are subject to the 9% New Hampshire Lodging Tax.

Check-in / Check-out

Half day fee charged for early check-in (before 2:00PM) or late check-out (after 1:00PM.)
Office closes at 9:00PM. For arrivals after 9:00PM, call to make late arrival arrangements.
No arrivals after 11:00PM.
$10.00 security gate card deposit (refunded at time of departure.)

Visitor Fees, Reservations and Cancellation Policy

Day Visitor Fees
$7.00 per adult $5.00 per child
9:00AM - 7:30PM.
No day visitors allowed after 6:00PM.
First hour: Free.

Reservations
Deposit is due within 7 days to guarantee a reservation.
Full payment required for three days and holiday weekends.
50% payment due for stays of 4 days or more.
Credit cards are processed upon confirmation of reservation.

Specific site requests for less than 5 nights are honored whenever possible, but not guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy
Cabins: 30 day notice for full refund of payments, less $25 processing fee.
Less than 30 day notice, payments are not refundable or transferable.
Campsites: 21 day notice required for full refund of payments, less $25 processing fee.
Less than 21 day notice, payments are not refundable or transferable.
No refunds for shortened stays.

Reservations made prior to 12/31/2011 for the 2012 season require a 50% deposit.
