a double bed and a set of bunk beds, a living area with futon,
kitchenette (with microwave, two-burner stove, and 5 cu. ft.
refrigerator), bath with shower, loft, cable TV, porch, picnic table,
charcoal grill, stone fireplace, and ceiling fan. The deluxe cabin is equipped with
cooking utensils, dishes, and pillows. You need only to bring your
linens and toiletries. |

Our cottage (shown above)
sleeps six. It comes with two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the
other with a set of bunk beds), a living area with a sleep sofa, kitchen
and dining area with stove and refrigerator, bath with shower, cable TV,
porch, picnic table, charcoal grill, and stone fireplace. The cottage is
equipped with cooking utensils, dishes, and pillows. You need only to
bring your linens and toiletries. |

All rates are based on 2 adults and up to 3

The following terms apply to all rental units (cabins and cottages):
* $50.00 security deposit
due at time of check-in for all rental units.
May be paid by cash or credit
card.
$50.00 is refunded by mail if rental is clean and undamaged.
Camper liability is not limited to the security deposit.
** Weekly is from Saturday - Saturday, except Sunday - Sunday in July
and August.
Exception: Deluxe Cabins are rented Saturday - Saturday.
Midweek is defined as Sunday - Thursday.
Sorry, no pets allowed
at the rental units and no smoking allowed in the rental units.
Rates are subject to the 9% New Hampshire Lodging Tax.
